With zero protection, when the crane is accidentally powered off, the crane will not start on its own if the operating handle is not in zero position.

6. The contents of safety inspection in electrical safety work shall be set up at the entrance of the crane with an easy-to-operate main isolation switch, and the crane shall be set up with an emergency power-off switch, and check whether the total power supply can be cut off. Check whether the crane power supply and each mechanism are equipped with short circuit protection, voltage loss protection, zero protection, overcurrent protection and special crane overspeed and loss of excitation protection. Check the completeness and effectiveness of electrical interlocking, interlocking, self-locking and other protective devices. Check whether the insulation resistance of the electrical circuit, the grounding resistance of the electrical equipment and the grounding resistance of the metal structure meet the requirements. Reliable grounding (zero) protection shall be provided for metal shell, transformer core and metal isolation layer, threading metal pipe groove, cable metal sheath and metal structure of all electrical equipment on the crane.
