Product introduction:
LXB explosion-proof electric single-beam suspension crane is improved on the basis of "LX". Ex is an explosion-proof public sign. According to the provisions of GB3836.1-2000 "Explosion-proof Electrical Equipment for Explosive Gas Environment Part I: General Requirements" and GB3836.2-2000 "Explosion-proof Electrical Equipment for Explosive Gas Environment Part II: Explosion-proof Type" D ", when the motor and electrical appliances are explosion-proof type and the explosion-proof level is ExdⅡ CT4, the operating mechanism shall be treated with fire bursting. The whole machine conforms to the regulations of JB/T5897-2006 explosion-proof bridge crane, and the explosion-proof grades are Exd Ⅱ BT4 and Exd Ⅱ CT4. This machine can be used with BCD, BCDS, HB, HBS and other types of electric hoist. It is a small and medium-sized crane with rail operation. Applicable rated lifting weight 1-10t, applicable span 3-9 meters, working environment -20 ℃- 40 ℃.
Explosive environment such as: flammable gas, dust environment, oil refining, petrochemical plants, gas stations, filling stations, explosive gas environment under atmospheric conditions, gas, steam or mist of combustible substances and air mixture, after ignition in the mixture, combustion will spread throughout the unburned mixture environment. (e. g. CH4,C2H2,C2H4,NH3,CO,C2H5OH, etc.)
