Today, within the premises of Henan Feima Lifting Machinery Group Co., Ltd., a 32/20‑ton European‑style double‑girder bridge crane successfully passed inspection and was dispatched, soon to be delivered to the customer for commissioning and production use.

The entire machine features an optimized box‑type beam design, resulting in a light self‑weight and low wheel load, which reduces the foundation load requirements of the workshop and makes it suitable for both new and existing standard‑type building retrofits. The main beams are welded using fully automatic submerged‑arc welding equipment, with welds passing nondestructive testing; the structure exhibits high overall rigidity and a low deformation coefficient. The main hook has a rated lifting capacity of 32 tonnes, meeting the needs of heavy‑duty component handling, while the auxiliary hook offers 20 tonnes for precise fine adjustments under light loads. Paired with high‑ and low‑speed hoisting modes, this configuration significantly enhances lifting accuracy and operational efficiency. Equipped with European‑style geared motors and imported braking components, the system delivers excellent wear resistance and fatigue life, ensuring stable continuous operation, extending maintenance intervals, and substantially reducing customers’ long‑term O&M costs.
