Traditional electric hoists, when used for extended periods in pickling and hot‑dip galvanizing workshops exposed to acid mists, moisture, and corrosive media, are prone to failures such as motor corrosion, wire rope oxidation, electrical short circuits, and jamming of the traveling wheels. Addressing the key pain points of the electroplating and galvanizing industries, Feima Crane has launched a completely upgraded FOH counterweight‑type electric hoist.

FOH counterweight‑balanced design ensures smooth, vibration‑free operation when lifting galvanized workpieces and pickling baskets, preventing bath spillage. Under heavy‑load conditions, braking response is precise, eliminating the risk of hook slippage. An independently sealed electrical control cabinet, corrosion‑resistant contactors, and an external emergency stop button provide added safety. Dual‑speed hoisting—high and low—facilitates precise loading/unloading in pickling tanks and seamless workpiece transfer. Equipped with pin‑type sensors, an overload limiter, a screw‑type limit switch, and a flame‑out limiter for comprehensive protection. The entire metal structure features thickened, anti‑corrosion epoxy coating, while the wire rope is a specialized galvanized, corrosion‑resistant grade—making this an FOH‑type electric hoist ideally suited for pickling and galvanizing environments.
