The production trial of the CD‑type low‑clearance electric hoist, designed for customers with limited building heights and specific lifting‑height requirements, has been completed and is ready for delivery.

Under the same building height, this low‑clearance hoist can lift up to 1–3 meters higher without requiring an elevated structure, significantly reducing retrofitting costs. The main hoisting motor and the trolley‑travel motor are separately mounted, ensuring that lifting and traveling operate independently and precisely positioning loads. A built-in wire‑rope anti‑disengagement device eliminates the risk of rope slippage. The hoisting drum and the traveling trolley are arranged side by side rather than stacked vertically, saving more than 30% of usable lifting space compared with conventional CD hoists. With a counterweight balance box installed as part of the system, the entire unit is evenly loaded, delivering smooth, vibration‑free operation—ensuring stable handling of heavy workpieces while providing a cost‑effective solution to lifting challenges in low‑clearance workshops.
