Recently, in the workshop of Henan Feima Lifting Machinery Group Co., Ltd., a QDE‑type 125‑ton + 125‑ton double‑trolley crane is being assembled in an orderly manner.

As shown in on-site photos from the workshop, the entire equipment features a welded and formed trolley carriage body that moves along the main girder. The wheelsets are equipped with heavy-duty forged wheels, offering high load capacity, excellent impact resistance, and superior wear resistance, making them well-suited for frequent start–stop operations under heavy loads. The main girder adopts an optimized box‑type beam structure, rigorously welded, nondestructively inspected, and stress‑relieved, ensuring exceptional rigidity and stringent deformation control to maintain stable and reliable performance even under heavy‑load conditions. The drive system is powered by Guomao-brand gear reducers, delivering ample transmission torque, smooth operation, reduced failure rates, and extended service life for the entire machine.

The QDE‑type 125‑ton + 125‑ton double‑trolley crane is equipped with two independent 125‑ton hoisting trolleys. It can operate the two trolleys separately to lift single heavy loads, or synchronize them for coordinated lifting of extra‑long, extra‑wide workpieces, thereby effectively addressing the challenges of handling large‑size, heavy components. This crane is widely suited for heavy‑industry workshops, equipment manufacturing, steel‑structure fabrication, and other demanding applications.
