In the second quarter of 2015, the Henan Provincial Bureau of Quality and Technical Supervision notified that a total of 30 batches of electric single-beam crane products produced by 30 enterprises in 1 provincial city of Xinxiang and 1 provincial county (city) directly under the jurisdiction of Changyuan were selected for this spot check.

This spot check is based on standards, regulations and relevant requirements such as JB/T1306-2008 "Electric Single Girder Crane" and "Detailed Rules for the Implementation of Product Quality Supervision and Spot Check of Electric Single Girder Crane", etc., and the span deviation of electric single girder crane products, diagonal difference, base distance deviation, wheel horizontal deflection, wheel vertical deflection, wheel focus point height difference, paint film thickness, local flatness, cab, insulation resistance, static load test, camber, lifting height, limiter reliability, load lifting speed, crane operating speed, trolley operating speed, crane noise, static rigidity, dynamic load test items were tested.

After sampling inspection, 29 batches of products meet the standard requirements, 1 batch of products do not meet the standard requirements, involving the camber, span deviation, diagonal difference, base distance deviation items.

The published list number is 15, and the spot check result of Henan Pegasus Hoisting Machinery Co., Ltd. is qualified.
