In the Pegasus Crane Manufacturing Workshop, another set of double-girder crane hoisting mechanisms has been successfully completed and is now fully assembled, ready for shipment!

This hoisting mechanism, the “heart” of the crane, ensures a robust and reliable overall structure. It features a high‑strength drum and a hardened‑gearbox paired with a multi‑stage safety braking system and comprehensive protective measures, delivering strong load capacity and smooth operation. It is compatible with large‑tonnage bridge and gantry cranes and is widely used in heavy‑duty applications such as steelworks, metallurgy, ports, and heavy‑industry plants. Stable transmission: The hardened‑gearbox offers high transmission efficiency, excellent shock resistance, and superior load‑bearing capability, ensuring reliable performance even during prolonged continuous operation. Dual braking: A combination of primary and safety brakes provides responsive braking, guaranteeing safe and controllable lifting operations while eliminating the risk of hook slippage. Variable‑frequency drive: Optional VFD control systems enable gentle start‑stop transitions, precise speed regulation, reduced impact, and extended service life for both wire ropes and the entire machine. Customized services: We can tailor specifications—including rated capacity, lifting height, track gauge, and corrosion‑protection solutions—to meet project requirements. Special‑purpose designs are also available for hazardous‑area, marine, and other demanding operating conditions.

Each piece of equipment undergoes rigorous quality inspection, with meticulous control at every stage—from steel plate cutting to full‑machine testing—ensuring the delivery of safe, reliable lifting solutions that help our customers bring their projects to successful completion.
