Treatment of main causes
The factory products are not allowed to "sweep the bore". The main reasons for "sweep the bore" are: the support ring on the motor shaft is seriously worn, the rotor iron core is axially displaced, or the stator iron core is displaced to replace the support ring, so that the stator rotor There is a uniform gap between the conical surfaces, each side is 0.035~0.55mm (small motor gap) or sent back to the manufacturer for repair.
