In order to ensure the reliability and life of the electric hoist, the hoist must be regularly lubricated and maintained:

1, the new installation, after overhaul, idle time for more than one year to reuse the electric hoist, before use should be based on the relevant installation test for commissioning inspection;

2. Daily inspection, monthly inspection and annual inspection shall be carried out during use;

3, should pay attention to the use of wire rope, maintenance, and scrap;

4, for each inspection to have a written detailed registration record and take measures.

5. During maintenance, the replacement parts should be the same as the original materials and performance;

6. When the structural parts are welded, the operation and the materials used shall conform to the quality standards of the original structural parts;

7. When the electric hoist is in working condition, maintenance is not allowed;

8. Refer to relevant regulations and requirements for the above inspection items.

Daily inspection items and requirements of electric hoist

Hook device	The hook shall rotate flexibly within the range of 360 ° and 180 ° of the circumference. The pulley shall be free of blocking and rubbing during rotation. The hook nut anti-loosening device shall be normal, and the lifting opening locking device shall be normal.
wire rope	Daily observation shall be carried out according to Article 3.4.1.1 in GB5972
Brake	Braking for lifting, lowering and running shall be sensitive and reliable.
Rope guides and other safety devices	The operation is normal, safe and reliable, the connection part shall not be loose, and there shall be no abnormal sound.

Electric hoist annual inspection items and their requirements and grades

		Tread	The amount of wear measured according to the tread diameter should be less than 5% of the original size, the tread diameter difference should be less than 1% of the nominal diameter, and the roundness difference should be less than 0.8mm.
		Appearance	There shall be no crack or damage

Gear	Wear of gear of lifting mechanism		The allowable wear of the first-stage gear should be less than 10% of the original thickness; other gears should be less than 20%

	Tooth surface defect inspection		The teeth shall not have cracks or broken teeth; The pitting damage of the tooth surface shall not exceed 30% of the tooth joint surface, and the depth shall not exceed 10% of the original thickness.
Hook	Appearance		There shall be no cracks on the surface, no plastic deformation on the threaded part, dangerous section and neck, and no repair welding for defects.
	Wear of dangerous section		Do not exceed 15% of the original size D

	torsional deformation		Not more than 10 degrees
Pulley			The uneven wear of the wheel groove is less than 3mm, the wall thickness loss of the wheel groove is less than 20% of the original wall thickness, and the bottom wear of the wheel groove is less than 25% of the diameter of the wire rope; There shall be no defects that damage the wire rope.
Shaft	Wear of gear shaft		The wear amount shall not exceed 1% of the original journal

Reel			There shall be no cracks, and the wear of the cylinder wall shall be less than 10% of the original wall thickness.
Key			The connection between the key and the keyway shall be free of looseness, deformation and abnormal wear.
Spline			There shall be no abnormal wear and deformation
