In order to ensure the safety and reliability of the lifting operation, the crane is equipped with a relatively complete safety device to protect the parts or remind the operator to pay attention in the event of an accident, thereby playing a role in safety protection.

1. The relief valve in the hydraulic system: it can inhibit the abnormal high pressure in the circuit to prevent the damage of the hydraulic oil pump and the motor, and prevent the overload state.

2. Boom luffing safety device: When an accident occurs and the high-pressure hose or oil pipe in the boom luffing cylinder circuit bursts or is cut off, the balance valve in the hydraulic circuit will work and lock the working oil from the lower cavity of the cylinder., So that the boom does not fall, so as to ensure the safety of the operation.

3. Boom telescopic safety device: When an accident occurs and the high-pressure hose or oil pipe in the boom telescopic cylinder circuit bursts or is cut off, the balance valve in the hydraulic circuit will work and lock the working oil from the lower cavity of the cylinder. The crane will retract itself to ensure the safety of the operation.

4. Height limit device: After the hook is lifted to the specified height, touch the limit weight, turn on the travel switch, and the "over-winding" indicator light will be on. At the same time, the operation of hook lifting, boom extension, boom landing and other actions will be cut off to ensure safety. At this time, as long as the handle is operated to lower the hook, the boom is retracted or the boom is raised (I. e. operating to the safe side), the limit weight is released from the constraint, and the operation returns to normal. In special occasions, if you still need to make a small amount of over-winding operation, you can press the release button on the instrument box, and the effect of the limit will be released at this time, but the operation must be very careful at this time to prevent accidents.

5. Leg locking device: when an accident occurs and the high-pressure hose or oil pipe leading to the vertical cylinder of the leg is broken or cut, the two-way hydraulic lock in the hydraulic system can block the pressure oil in the two chambers of the cylinder of the leg, so that the leg does not shrink or throw out, thus ensuring the safety of lifting operation.

6. Lifting weight indicator: the lifting weight indicator is set on the side of the basic arm (I. e. the right side of the control room), and the operator can clearly observe it when sitting in the control room, which can accurately indicate the elevation angle of the boom and the rated lifting weight allowed by the crane under the corresponding working conditions.

7. Lifting characteristics table: set on the lower wall panel at the front side of the control room. The table lists the rated lifting weight and lifting height under various arm lengths and various working ranges for reference during operation. During lifting operations, the values specified in the table must not be exceeded.
