General safety operation requirements for crane operators
Release time:
14-06-26
First, the relevant personnel should carefully change shifts, carefully check the reliability of hooks, wire ropes, brakes, and safety protection devices, and report any abnormalities in time.
Second, before starting the operation, the following conditions should be confirmed in a safe state before starting the operation:
(1) Whether all controllers are set to zero position;
(2) Whether there are irrelevant personnel on the crane and in the operation area, and whether the operation personnel are evacuated to the safe area;
(3) Whether there are uncleared obstacles within the operating range of the crane;
(4) Whether the minimum distance between the crane and other equipment or fixed buildings is more than 0.5m;
(5) Whether the power cut-off device is locked or has warning signs;
(6) Whether the mobile crane is leveled as required, and the legs are firmly and reliably laid.
Third, before driving, you must ring a bell or alarm; when approaching people during operation, you should give intermittent bell or alarm.
Fourth, the driver shall not perform the following behaviors during normal operation:
(1) Parking with the authority position limiter;
(2) Use the reverse car to brake;
(3) Inspection and maintenance during lifting operation;
(4) Adjust the brake of the lifting and luffing mechanism with load, or increase the operation range with load;
(5) No hanging objects shall pass over the top of a person's head, and no person shall stand under hanging objects and lifting arms.
Fifth, strictly follow the command signal, and the emergency stop signal must be implemented immediately no matter who sends it.
Sixth, when the lifting load is close to or reaches the rated value, or when lifting dangerous goods (liquid metal, harmful substances, flammable and explosive substances), carefully check the brake before lifting, and use small height and short stroke to try lifting, and then lift after confirming that there is no problem.
Seventh, the minimum distance between each part of the crane, the lifting load and auxiliary appliances and the transmission line should meet the safety requirements;
Eighth, the driver should not operate under the following circumstances:
(1) The crane structure or parts (such as hooks, wire ropes, brakes, safety protection devices, etc.) have defects and damages that affect safe work;
(2) The hanging object is overloaded or may be overloaded, the weight of the hanging object is unclear, buried or frozen in the ground, squeezed by other objects, and shall not be tilted and hung during operation;
(3) The hanging object is not firmly bound, or the hanging is unstable, and there is no liner between the edge and corner of the heavy object and the sling; There are people or floating objects on the hanging object;
(4) The operation site is dim, and the site, lifting objects or command signals are not clearly seen.
Ninth, when the power is suddenly cut off during work, all controllers should be set to zero and the total power supply should be turned off. Before re-working, check whether the crane is working normally, and ensure that it is safe before normal operation.
Tenth, if there are two sets of lifting mechanisms, the main and auxiliary hooks are not allowed to work at the same time (the special crane allowed by the design is out).
Eleventh, when two or more cranes are used to lift the same heavy object, each crane shall not be overloaded. During the dispatching process, the wire rope shall be kept vertical and the operation shall be synchronized. Relevant responsible technical personnel and safety technical personnel shall be present for guidance during lifting.
Twelfth, the rail crane for open-air operation should stop working when the wind is greater than level 6; when the work is over, the crane should be anchored.
