Electric hoist transmission structure and working principle

CD1 ,MD1,DJCD, DJMD, HC, HM electric hoist is mainly composed of three parts, one is the lifting mechanism; the other is the operating mechanism (fixed type is not); the third is the electrical device.
1. Lifting mechanism
The hoisting mechanism is driven by the hoisting motor to rotate the drum through the hollow shaft of the reducer through the coupling, so that the wire rope wound on the drum drives the hook device to rise or fall.
Lifting heightWhen H = 6m, use a claw coupling to connect the motor shaft and the input shaft of the reducer. H≥9m when the additional intermediate shaft and rigid coupling. H≥At 18m, a support frame is equipped to strengthen the rigidity of the intermediate shaft to ensure smooth rotation.
2. Lifting motor
The lifting motor adopts a conical rotor motor with a large lifting torque to adapt to the frequent direct starting in the intermittent work of the product.CD1,DJCD and HC hoist are equipped with ZD single-speed motor; MD1,DJMD and HM hoists are equipped with ZDS type two-speed motors, and the ratio of ZDS type motors to normal speed and slow speed is 10:6 or 6:1.
3. Reel device
The drum is made of cast iron or seamless steel pipe, and the power is transmitted by spline. The drum shell is welded with steel plate.
The reel device is the central part of the hoist, which is connected to the operating mechanism through a balance beam, and the two ends are distributed on the lifting reducer and the motor. The lower part works in conjunction with the hook device through a steel wire rope. The upper front of the outer cover is equipped with a limiter. Guide rod device and heavy hammer limit device.
4. Hook device
The hook is forged with special steel and connected with the shell through the hook beam by thrust ball bearing, so that the hook can run freely.The hook device of 5t and below is single pulley type, and 10t and above is double pulley type and multi pulley type.
5. Operating mechanism
The electric trolley, the running motor, the running reducer and the driven trolley jointly constitute the running mechanism. The host is suspended for reciprocating movement. Its operating speed is generally20 m/min, also can choose 30 m/min,1-5t lifting height≥12m, increase a driven car.
CD1 ,MD1,The electrical devices of DJCD, DJMD, HC and HM hoist consist of electrical control box (0.25t none), push button switch, stopper and connecting wire.
The operating voltage of the button switch is generally380V or 36V, according to the direction symbol shown on the button switch, press the button correctly, and the action of the hoist can be controlled by the pull-in and disconnect of the relay in the control box.
