Running track (I-beam)	Operating range Obstacle	The minimum distance between buildings and other equipment within the operating range shall not be less than 100mm.	Ⅰ
	Rail end stop and link bolt or welding	The end stop of the track is not allowed to have deformation, damage and other defects, in which the link bolts shall not be loose, and the welding seam of the link shall be free of cracks.	Ⅰ
	Continuous bolts for fixed rail	Bolts must not be loose	Ⅲ
	Rail joint weld	Welds shall be free of defects such as cracks.	Ⅲ
	Track wear	There shall be no local abnormal deformation and wear at the contact between the track and the wheel tread and the wheel flange.	Ⅲ
Hoisting device	Pulley	There shall be no abnormal damage to the sheave groove and no damage to the rim integrity.	Ⅰ
	Appearance	The pulley cover shall not be damaged, the retaining ring and pin of the shaft retaining plate shall not be loose, and the hook locking device shall operate normally.	Ⅰ
	Working status	Pulley slewing should be smooth and flexible	Ⅲ
Balance roller skating	Appearance	The pulley shall not be damaged, and the assembly and connection shall be firm.	Ⅲ
	Wall Panel	Connecting bolts must not be loose	Ⅲ
	Wheels	The tread and rim shall be free of abnormal wear and scars.	Ⅲ
wire rope	Rope end fixing condition	Each end of the wire rope shall be fixed firmly and reliably without abnormality.	Ⅰ
wire rope	Appearance	There shall be no kink, burn, obvious looseness, corrosion and other defects, and the rope shall be provided with lubricating grease.	Ⅰ
Gear	Gear lubrication condition	The surface of the open gear should be greased regularly, and the closed gear should be greased regularly.	Ⅱ
Cable	Appearance	The cable shall not have defects such as trauma, abnormal bending or torsion, aging, etc.	Ⅱ
Cable	Assembly condition	The connection between the cable and the switch shall not be loose, and the middle line ring shall not slip out; the two ends of the supporting steel wire shall not be loose.	Ⅲ
Current collector	Working condition	The collector pulley shall be flexible and free of obvious wear.	Ⅱ
Current collector	Appearance	The connecting bolt shall not be loose, the insulator shall not be loose and damaged, and the spring shall not lose its elasticity.	Ⅲ
