The planetary‑type electric hoist employs a planetary gear reducer, offering significant advantages over conventional fixed‑axis gear drives: a more compact structure, higher transmission efficiency, lower operating noise, and greater load‑carrying capacity. At the same load rating, the planetary model features a smaller footprint, making it ideally suited for low‑clearance workshops and high‑density workstations. Moreover, its multi‑stage planetary gearing ensures smoother lifting motion and more precise positioning, effectively meeting overseas customers’ demands for long‑term, continuous operation under high‑frequency, heavy‑load conditions. To accommodate long‑distance sea transport and harsh on‑site environments, this export order was manufactured in full compliance with international standards: 1. Coating: The entire unit is finished with a blue epoxy zinc‑rich primer followed by a topcoat, enhancing corrosion resistance in salt‑spray and humid conditions to withstand prolonged outdoor use during shipping and at the job site. 2. Components: Exposed metal parts such as drive shafts and pivot pins are galvanized. 3. Electrical System: Each hoist is equipped with a dedicated black electrical control box, featuring neatly arranged wiring, clearly labeled terminals, and an ingress protection rating that meets on‑site requirements, facilitating easy connection and maintenance by overseas electricians. 4. Spare Parts: The shipment includes a complete set of wear parts, along with user manuals and packing lists (in both Chinese and English), tailored to the needs of overseas customers.
