1.Commissioning Inspection

The electric hoist newly installed, overhauled and re-used with a limited time of more than one year shall be subject to commissioning inspection according to the relevant installation and commissioning regulations before use.

2.Routine inspection

Button device (flashlight door)	The lifting, lowering and left and right operation are sensitive and accurate; at the same time, press a group of buttons. The electric hoist shall not move.
limiter	When the no-load hook rises to the limit position, the limit shall be accurate and reliable.
Hook device	Hook at the circumference360° and vertical180The rotation shall be flexible within the range of °. There shall be no jam and friction when the pulley rotates, the hook nut anti-loosening device shall be normal, and the fishing port locking device shall be normal.
Brake	Braking for lifting, lowering and running shall be sensitive and reliable.
Rope guides and other safety devices	The operation is normal, safe and reliable, the connection part shall not be loose, and there shall be no abnormal sound.
Running track	There should be no anomalies on the track observed from the ground.
