   1. Each newly installed electric hoist should first be transported by air for several times.

2. Before normal use, the rated load and the dynamic load test of 1.1 times the rated load should be carried out. After repeated lifting and moving left and right, check whether the mechanical transmission, electrical parts and connecting parts are normal.

3. Static load test at 1.25 times the rated load. Lift the load about 100-200mm from the ground, hang for 10 minutes, remove the load and check whether it is normal.

4. In use, it is absolutely prohibited to use in an environment that is not allowed and exceeds the rated load.

5. It is not allowed to tilt the hook and do horizontal dragging tools.

6. The stopper is a safety device that prevents accidents when the hook rises and falls beyond the limit position, so the stopper cannot be used as a switch.

7. After the work is completed, the main switch of the power supply must be pulled open to cut off the main power supply.

8. Explosion-proof electric hoist should be operated by special personnel, and the operator should obtain the operation certificate issued by relevant departments and master the relevant explosion-proof safety operation procedures.

Should be at least every ten days by specialized personnel on the explosion-proof electric hoist check once, found that the fault in a timely manner to take measures, and carefully recorded.

10. Check the explosion-proof motor, explosion-proof control box, explosion-proof limit switch and explosion-proof button switch. When the explosion-proof enclosure must be removed, cut off the main power supply first and remove it carefully.

11. During disassembly, the flameproof surface shall be protected to prevent collision, resulting in scars on the flameproof surface and explosion transmission. When the flameproof enclosure is cracked and air leaks, and the flameproof surface is injured, it will be scrapped. When installing the flameproof enclosure, the flameproof surface shall be coated with 204-1 antirust oil first, and then each bolt shall be tightened. Loosening is strictly prohibited.

12. The brake spring is adjusted to make the load easily in the air, and its braking distance shall not exceed the value at the maximum load.

13. The wire rope used at room temperature is lubricated at least once every ten days. Appropriate tools (such as a stiff brush or a smooth and clean wood board) can be used to apply the lubricating grease evenly on the wire rope. When the temperature is low in winter, the lubricating grease must be heated.

14. When changing shifts, check whether the steel wire rope is bent or knotted, whether the rope strand is stagnant or too twisted, whether the surface has signs of torsion, whether the rope strand and individual steel wires are broken, whether the rope end is firmly fixed, whether the steel wire rope is clean, and whether the lubricating oil is swallowed enough .

15. Explosion-proof electric hoist at work, the load should be banned for a long time suspended in the air to prevent permanent deformation of parts.

16. In the process of use, if any bad fault is found, the main power supply should be cut off immediately.

17. When the explosion-proof electric hoist is finished, it should be stopped at the designated place and the hook should be raised to a position above 2 meters from the ground.

Should ensure that the explosion-proof electric hoist has enough lubricating oil, and to ensure that the lubricating oil is clean, should not contain impurities and dirt.

19. When the product is running, pay attention to prevent and avoid the dangerous spark that can ignite the explosive mixture.

20. When users use explosion-proof electric hoist, in order to ensure the safety of use, it should be absolutely used in accordance with the working system and cannot be used frequently. When using explosion-proof electric hoist with micro-speed lifting speed, they should pay more attention to the fact that they do not work according to the working level and use frequently, resulting in increased friction and heating temperature of the brake, otherwise it will be dangerous!
