3. Operators should be trained on the job and hold certificates.

2. one of the following conditions should not be operated

1. Overload or unclear weight of objects, lifting buried objects, oblique pulling, oblique lifting, etc;

2. The electric hoist has defects or damage that affect the safe work, such as brake, limiter failure, hook nut loosening device damage, wire rope damage to scrap standards;

3. The lashing suspension is not firm or unbalanced and may slide. There is no pad between the corners of the weight and the wire rope;

4. The operation site is dark, and the site and the suspended objects cannot be seen clearly.

3. Code of Practice

1. Do not use the stopper to stop the car, and do not adjust the brake, check and repair when lifting heavy objects.

2. When the heavy object approaches or reaches the rated load, it shall be lifted with a small height and a short stroke before lifting with the minimum height. (Do not pass over someone when the sling is running!!!)

3. For the electric hoist without drop limiter, when the hook is in the lowest working position, the wire rope on the drum must keep more than 3 safety rings.

4. Do not dismantle the safety device of the electric hoist.

5. If there is any abnormal noise during use, the procedure of stopping first, then checking, and then starting after troubleshooting should be followed.

6. Users must report to the local quality and technical supervision department for safety inspection in accordance with the relevant laws, regulations and articles of association.

7. Users must establish the necessary rules and regulations and safety operation procedures.

8. If the user has special requirements for use, the modification unit with corresponding qualification shall be modified and submitted to the quality and technical supervision department for approval before it can be carried out.

9. Users must establish files for the electric hoist of the unit. The contents of the file shall include: technical documents for the exit of the electric hoist; installation location and start-up time; installation and commissioning inspection records; daily use, maintenance, repair and other records; equipment and personal accident records; equipment problems and evaluation.
