Henan Feima Lifting Machinery Group Co., Ltd. has recently launched a detachable U‑shaped spreader beam that breaks down the entire heavy‑lift rig into modular components, allowing it to be packed into standard shipping containers and assembled on site upon arrival for immediate use. Its modular design facilitates transportation, disassembly, and installation. The upper lifting eye is movable and adjustable according to the load weight, while the lower end features two modular, adjustable sections rated from 1.5 to 3 tons, enabling users to customize the capacity based on their needs. Counterweight modules mounted at the top can also be added or removed as required to match the lifted load, providing versatile support for handling objects of varying weights. The width and depth of the U‑shaped opening have been optimized for vertical glass rack applications, ensuring the rack remains level during lifting without tilting or swaying. Multiple lifting points along the boom (1.5 t / 2 t / 3 t) correspond to the weight distribution of different glass rack specifications, allowing customers to select the most suitable attachment point based on the actual cargo weight.
